We offer free shipping in metropolitan France for any order over 40€.

After filling in your credit card details and confirming your order, our service provider asks your bank to validate the payment. In case of a rejected payment, please contact your credit card company.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the summary of your purchase and your order number. You can also find it in My Account/ My Orders.

You can track the status of your order in My Account / My Orders. Once your order is collected by the carrier, you will receive an email confirming the shipment with a tracking number. To track your package, click here.

We invite you to file a complaint via our contact form, specifying your order number and adding a photo of the damaged or incomplete package. We will do our best to find the best solution together.

You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the reception of your order. If you wish to send back products (unused, complete and in their original condition), we invite you to follow the procedure described in our General terms & conditions (Article 5).

Our products are exclusively distributed in veterinary clinics and through entitled parties (pharmacies, online store managed by a veterinarian) as well as on our institutional website: www.dermoscent.com.

If one of our products is unavailable in your clinic, do not hesitate to ask your veterinarian to place an order from his purchasing center. He should receive it within 48 hours.

According to toxicologists, toxicity regarding essential oils used on cats is a matter of dosage and concentration. Please be reassured that Dermoscent® products are carefully dosed to enable maximum of efficacy and safety simultaneously, proven through numerous clinical studies.

All the essential oils used in our products are selected by specialists in aromatherapy and are organic-certified for the most part. Our selection criteria:
- 100% pure and of natural origin
- Known molecular composition
- Botanical origin and part of the distilled plant
- Safety
- Efficacy, through renowned properties

Considering the precautionary principle and without data to support use in this specific population, we do not recommend it.

As a general rule, pregnant women should not use essential oils. For precautionary reasons, we recommend avoiding the use of the Dermoscent® range if the owner of the animal is pregnant.

In the absence of data on animals aged 3 months or less and if your puppy/kitten does not show any particular problems, we would recommend that you wait until 6 months of age before administering our dermo-cosmetic care with natural active ingredients.

"Do not swallow" is indicated on all of our products. As dermo-cosmetics, these products are not intended to be ingested. However, we consider the fact that animals can groom themselves by licking and we assure you that it remains harmless. Nevertheless, in order for the product to act on the skin, we advise you to keep your pet close to you until the product is absorbed.

A qualitative spot-on formula contains a bio-diffusing vector, i.e. it uses a substance naturally present on the skin, the sebum, to transport all of the active ingredients through the animal’s body from a single point of application.

We recommend not to wash the animals 48 hours before or after applying the spot-on so that the sebum naturally present on the surface of the animal’s skin is not prematurely eliminated before the total diffusion of the active ingredients.

Our spot-on products are fully compatible with other antiparasitic spot-on. However, it is recommended to apply each one on a different day and on different spots in order not to soak the hair/skin.

Each pipette should be used entirely in one application. The precious essential fatty acids might be oxydated in open air.

Animal from 40 to 50 kg: 1 pipette of 2,4 ml + 1 pipette of 0,6 ml per application

Animal from 50 to 60 kg: 1 pipette of 2,4 ml + 1 pipette of 1,2 ml per application

Animal from 60 to 80 kg: 2 pipettes of 2,4 ml per application

Yes, its use on racing horses has been validated by an independent laboratory, specialized in the certification of non-doping products in horses. A protocol of blood and urine analysis was put in place and no trace of doping substance was detected after application of Essential 6® spot-on.

Our shampoos are all ready-to-use. There is no need to dilute them.
