We offer free shipping in metropolitan France for any order over 40€.
You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) through the Paybox secured interface.
After filling in your credit card details and confirming your order, our service provider asks your bank to validate the payment. In case of a rejected payment, please contact your credit card company.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the summary of your purchase and your order number. You can also find it in My Account / My Orders.

You can find your invoice in PDF format directly in your personal area in the section My Account / My Orders.
You can track the status of your order in My Account / My Orders. Once your order is collected by the carrier, you will receive an email confirming the shipment with a tracking number. To track your package, click here.
We invite you to file a complaint via our contact form, specifying your order number and adding a photo of the damaged or incomplete package. We will do our best to find the best solution together.
You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the reception of your order. If you wish to send back products (unused, complete and in their original condition), we invite you to follow the procedure described in our General terms & conditions (Article 5).
