Article 1: General

These terms and conditions of sale are known to each buyer and apply to all orders placed on this website. Therefore, the fact of placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these general conditions of sale. No special requirements or other general condition from the buyer may not, without express permission of LDCA, prevail over these conditions. Any other terms & conditions proposed by the purchaser, in the absence of express acceptance, cannot be opposed to the seller regardless of when it could have been brought to its attention.

Article 2: Control and confirmation

The customer agrees to fill the various existing entries (address, delivery address, method of payment…). In case of error in the address of the recipient, LDCA cannot be held responsible for delivery failure to the recipient. Costs related to the delivery of the package to another recipient or a new delivery address will be charged to the customer.
Each order is subject to the acceptance of LDCA who reserves its right to reject any order due to insufficient inventory, incomplete customer information, or for any other lawful reasons.
The customer who, after completing the order, in accordance with the instructions given on the site, confirms the order by clicking on the button “pay” fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms. Any contrary condition is void against the seller, unless prior express written acceptance of it.

Article 3: Delivery

Products are shipped in France and abroad (unless otherwise agreed with our local partner) through La poste Colissimo service to the address indicated by the customer during the ordering process. Once the carrier has taken the order up, a tracking number will be communicated to the client in order for him/her to trace the parcel.
Please find below indicative delivery lead times:

  • Metropolitan France: within 2 to 5 days
  • Europe: within 4 to 8 days
  • Outside Europe & French overseas: within 8 to 15 days

Part of the delivery costs shall be at the customer’s expense. The detailed amount is mentioned prior to the order validation.
LDCA cannot be held responsible for any consequences of a delay in delivery.
IMPORTANT: Make sure

  • That the address of the recipient is accurate and complete.
  • To be present on the day of delivery.

If the recipient is absent during delivery, a notice is left in his/her mailbox by the carrier. Delivery lead time is listed as accurately as possible.
If the delivery address is incorrect, LDCA cannot be held responsible for delivery failure.
If a product is in shortage, we will contact you to inform you of the delivery lead time.

Article 4: Prices

Prices shown are in Euros including VAT.

Article 5: Product Returns

The products cannot be returned beyond legal time limits, except for shipping errors from our part.

Article 6: Business Holiday

We do not sell during the holidays of the company. Holiday dates will be mentioned on the homepage in the news area at the latest one week before the beginning of this period.

Article 7: Payment

Payment is made exclusively online by credit card.
VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD, AMEX are accepted.
The system of securing your payment is established by PAYBOX, which guarantees confidentiality.

Article 8: Dispute

The present general conditions are subject to French law. In case of conflict, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
