Forming of the contract
The customer recognizes to have acquainted, at the time of the signing order, the general conditions of sale expressed on the site to Dermoscent. Any signing order is worth acceptance of the present general conditions without any reserve. The orders spent on the server engage the customer from reception by our service customer of the order and his payment. Products
Photos, plans, drawings or video films illustrating products, do not enter the contractual field. If errors got there, on no account, the responsibility of Dermoscent can be engaged.

Delivery
Dermoscent - undertakes to implement everything to deliver the order for the shortest delays, and it from reception of the order form. The delivery periods indicated on the order form are given only as a rough guide and the possible delays do not give the right for the buyer to cancel the sale, to refuse the goods or to demand damages.

Any complaint for not correspondence or missing of should be passed on in the week which follows the date of reception of the order.

Dermoscent is freed from its obligation of delivery for any coincidences or force majeure. As a rough guide, the all-out or partial strikes, the floods, the fires are cases of force majeure.

The transfer of property of the delivered products or to deliver is suspended up to the complete payment of the price by the customer and it without incidence on the transfer of the risks.

Price
Dermoscent can modify its rates at any time.

The customer undertakes to pay the selling price current at the time of his seizure of the order. The payment of the order is payable beforehand in a payment during the sending in Dermoscent of the order form, with the exception of the payment it against refund.

Right of retraction
By virtue of the article L121-16 of the Code of the consumption, the customer has a delay of seven true days as from the delivery of his order to make return products Dermoscent for exchange or repayment, without fine with the exception of the expenses of return.

Protection of the particulars
All the data which you confide us are it to be able to handle your orders. By virtue of the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relative to the data processing, to the files and to the liberties, you incline with the service customer to Dermoscent of a right of access, consultation, modification and deletion of the data which you communicated.

Problems of delivery
If your ordered product reached you damaged or if an error of delivery occurred, we invite you to contact us.

- If the received product were damaged during transport, indicate it on the delivery order delivered by the conveyor in the form of " handwritten reserves " accompanied by your signature. The very same day announce to us the problem delivery or at the latest the first wrought day following the delivery by addressing a email to us to courrier@dermoscent.com in order to ensure a new delivery.

- If ever the product receive is different with that that you have order, or if a product be missing, the first thing to make be to indicate on the delivery order deliver by the conveyor. Then, announce to us this error the very same day delivery or at the latest the first wrought day following the delivery and we will repair the error made as fast as possible.

Disputes
Any past order takes the membership of the customer, and it without any limitation, on the General Conditions of sale of Dermoscent. Any dispute concerning the sale (price, CGV, product...) will be subjected to the French law in front of the court of Castres.
